Ditto is all about self-nurturing and supporting others

This space was created to offer a safe, supportive environment where people can have meaningful discussions and explore personal topics in small, group sessions.
There is nothing more powerful than sharing your inner-most experiences and thoughts, and having those acknowledged and reflected back to you. The foundation of our group sessions is the practice of mutually exchanging support and acceptance.

Each group is small and supportive. Everyone is given a chance to share. Sessions are facilitated with compassion, honesty and openness.

Important note: While conversations may be therapeutic, this is not a formal therapeutic or medical treatment and not for individuals who are seeking therapy or mental health treatment.

Here are some things people have said about attending the groups
"This was my first time doing a support group and I can not recommend it enough. Jess does such a wonderful job of making these discussions comfortable, warm, safe and enlightening. Each week we get to know ourselves and each other a little better. Thank you so much Jess and I look forward to the next series."
"Jess's sessions were held with compassion, respect and safe boundaries to share. It was a well thought out and held space with a framework to guide us but also space to share whatever came up. A wonderful opportunity to connect with other adoptees and put a voice to things that may be lingering beneath the surface."
"This zoom group could not have come at a better time for me, with my first session whilst I was travelling in Korea. Living regionally and having children, means it can be tricky to make it along to the adoptee meet ups. I felt welcomed within the first session and am grateful for a regular safe space to chat. Jess facilitates the sessions so thoughtfully. It's not therapy, but it is therapeutic to both listen and be heard by the group."
